When celebrated Los Angeles chef and restaurateur Celestino Enoteca decided to open a new location in Beverly Hills, he came to Pizzulli Associates. Pizzulli suggested and then developed the concept of the classic Italian wine bar: an inviting stretch of wood bar serving a vast collection of Italian wines along with enotecas (“small plates” — Italian-style tapas) and a pastiche of seasonal, regional Italian fare. The vaulted ceiling, featuring a Murano hand-blown glass chandelier, wall banquet, cozy seating, and wood and glass accents offer guests a comfortable spot to take in the action from all angles.

Enoteca’s sommelier Jeff Morgenthal was recently named the city’s “best new sommelier” by the Los Angeles Magazine.
